We accept most major insurance:

Medicare, MPHMO, PHCH, BLUE CROSS/ BLUE SHIELD, HMO MAINE, TRICARE, HARVARD PILGRIM HEALTH, CIGNA, HEALTHSOURCE, MEDNET, AETNA, USHEALTHCARE, MAINE MEDICAL CENTER PPO and other managed care programs.

We also participate with some Workmen's Compensation programs. We do not participate with Medicaid. Please contact the office if you have questions about your specific coverage. We appreciate payment at the time of service for insurance co-payments and non-covered and cosmetic services we provide.

If you are enrolled in a managed care plan, please be sure your referral from your Primary Care Physician has been arranged before the time of your appointment. Please bring your insurance card or a copy that we can photocopy for your records at the time of your visit.
